This is my second time doing a refi with Jimmy (different houses). I had a monthly savings goal in mind for making the refi worthwhile. He looked at several options and ultimately landed on what made sense for my current situation. From there we hit the ground running. I’ve done several refi’s and home purchases throughout the years, I have to say this was the easiest process I’ve had. Uploaded the docs and all went smoothly from there – closed on time with no blocking issues and got the monthly savings I was looking for, actually slightly exceeded it!
