…to sum it up in one word…PHENOMENAL…James “Jimmy” Benedict Webber, Jr. is phenomenal.Knows his stuff and the real estate side of the business as well, quick to respond back (my concerns were responded back within the hour), Jimmy’s politeness and consideration are on another level (never, ever felt even the slightest bit of rudeness from him nor ever made me feel dumb), kind/nice/genuine person, looked out for my best interest…Jimmy took his time to carefully explain things and did so calmly over and over as needed, upfront – no BS – no hidden agenda. Jimmy was prompt in getting my paperwork through the process. Our close of escrow date was out 45 days and in about two weeks he had us approved with allocated funds ready to go (seller needed the 45 days to sell/pack/move belongings, otherwise we could have closed escrow in 3 weeks (the third week would’ve been for the escrow process). I definitely have missed other great qualities Jimmy possesses, so thing of other great things one would want in a lender (or just even a good person) and apply it to this guy. I will definitely work with Jimmy again and if I hear folks talk about needing a lender, Jimmy will be who I’ll be referring. Thank you Jimmy.
I did a refinance with Jim, throughout the process he was uber responsive, offered clear and honest explanations for the procedures and fees. The process went very smooth and he closed and funded the loan on the exact date that he had promised. I had over 6 purchases and refinances and this one was top of the line service.

Where do I start. Jimmy was fantastic from the jump. We were refinancing after being in our home less than a yr. I was convinced there was going to be some last minute “gotcha”, but that never came. This is my second time doing a refi with Jimmy (different houses). I had a monthly savings goal in mind for making the refi worthwhile.
